Dubai Chamber of Commerce

In 2016, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce was the first organization in the United Emirates to use social coins in their human resources program and CSR program.

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit public entity whose mission is to support and promote a thriving business community in Dubai.

By creating challenges and using social coins as a reward, they improved wellbeing, communication and team spirit across the organization, and make positive links with the wider community.

More than 700 positive actions

In just 3 months, employees at the Dubai Chamber participated in 700 acts of kindness. 12,573 people benefitted from these acts of kindness across 5 countries.

After seeing these impressive results, the UAE Environmental Agency and the Prime Minister’s Office also implemented social coin, where hundreds of employees participated in socially impactful challenges.
